Red Robin Solutions is led by founder Jonty Giles with his previous experience as a tradesman and recruiter. Jonty was in the unique position of seeing the industry from both sides and not liking what he saw, decided to set up Red Robin solutions to do it differently.

Here at RRS we bring a personal touch to the industry, specialising in the provision of temporary and permanent staff primarily to the construction industry. Our key values of honesty (telling it like it is), realistic expectations (if we can’t service you, we’ll tell you), and no bulls**t, enables us to develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

It’s because of our experience both sides of the fence that we are down-to-earth, friendly, and approachable. Rather than making false promises, we prefer to under promise and overachieve. Our goal is to provide a service that is second to none, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction throughout the entire recruitment process. We value long-term partnerships, we’re in it for the long term, taking the time to understand both our client and candidates unique requirements and delivering tailored, winning results.

Managing Director

Hi, I’m Jonty Giles. Having spent 6 years learning my trade as a carpenter with a small building contractor in Bristol, I fell into the recruitment world shortly after laser eye surgery left me unable to work in dusty environments for 6 months. I thrive on finding solutions for my clients. These are challenging times and we are here to provide you with the right staff at the right time. I know the construction industry well and the pressures that my clients can be under. Here at Red Robin Solutions we take a big heart and years of experience with us to support our workers to be the best they can be for you.
